The Water Board, where science and join the liquid component for disclosure

This is a permanent exhibition hall whose main objective is to bring visitors to the nature and importance of water for the planet.

The various modules that are included in the room you can discover the properties of water, experiment and observe water-related facts to know about some basic principles related to fluid dynamics and meet several species of animals associated with wetland areas , the two rivers and seas of the region of Murcia: the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea.

Within this great hall are 38 modules for the world's largest exhibition of water in the Region of Murcia. Some of them are based on games, audiovisual, touch screen, or computer information to make the visit more pleasant, entertaining and educational. Among the modules in this room can be found:

Relative humidity.
Metro water.
States of water and its distribution.
Decompose water.
The solid, liquid and gas.
A colorless liquid ..... or greenish blue.
Hydrostatic pressure.
A density problem.
Convection currents.
Water is essential for reproduction.
Along the River Segura.

The Water Board has a space dedicated to library-related publications available to the world of science and water.

Planetarium: The museum about to almost touch the stars

The Planetarium at the Museum of Science and Water is a small domed room that accommodates up to 26 seats and is simulated in the Northern Hemisphere sky with an accuracy of 2,500 stars, the sun and the planets wandering.
The planetarium dome is also shown in view of the universe and simulations for the visitor to understand more easily a certain astronomical concepts.

The planetarium has two basic sessions for visitors:

Heaven of the people: is to cover different skies during the year. Introduction to mythology related to the stars.

The Solar System: Journey through the solar system and the sky of the earth, night and day.

At the door of the planetarium is a small room you can see a model of the Hubble Space Telescope. Also in this room there are some pictures that Hubble has sent to earth to planets and stars of our universe.

Discover Chamber: the power of imagination to science

This room is aimed at children aged between 3 and 7 years of age. The sensory abilities of children are trying to awaken or sharpen in this room to participate in recreational and motivational activities designed especially for this purpose

The room also has a small children's library so that children can learn in the books of the various factors surrounding the world of science and water.
